what do you use to make your icons?
i have no freaking idea, i downloaded a program but its all in Japanese.

how long will it take for mine to be posted?

well depending on how busy my life is / how many requests i have and whether i reach my post limit or not, i think the most anyone should have to wait is a day.

why are they such bad quality?
they arent, its just because the skinny icons are actually very small and tumblr re-sizes them. if they are set as your icon they will be fine
